If you’re ordering a 72 pint cask from us and it’s going to served or stored somewhere warm, then it might be worth ordering an ice blanket. These are gel filled and foil backed. You will need to put it in a bath for a few minutes to hydrate it, and then freeze it down before use. Reusable.
