Monetary Vouches can be redeemed in our Farm Shop (excluding the butchery), restaurant or for our guided tours and all other tasting experiences. Terms & Conditions: All vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and thereafter, subject to any price increase for a further 12 months. Vouchers not redeemed within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to a refund or exchange. For vouchers other than monetary vouchers, you must call to make a reservation. Vouchers not redeemed within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to a refund or exchange. All vouchers can only be used for full or part payment and in a single transaction within our Farm Shop and Restaurant. The voucher must be presented to staff. Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost Vouchers cannot be reissued or replaced. A refundable deposit is required upon booking for all tasting experiences. For all tasting experiences a reservation is required.
