Delicious, with a light sparkle and good tannin flavours, our award-winning Sparkling Cider is made using Devon Cider apples harvested from the heritage orchards in and around Heron Valley. We ferment the juice on-site using naturally occurring wild yeasts from the apple skins before leaving the cider to age over six months in our cool cider cellar.
