First brewed back in 2005 to celebrate Exmoor’s 25th Anniversary, the 4.3% limited edition Exmoor Silver Stallion cask ale is back in the mix. Chestnut in colour, this bitter boasts a robust flavour, with fresh, fruity notes balancing the biscuity malt base. Expect hints of blackcurrant, citrus and spice, underpinned by roasted malt, with a lingering bitterness to finish. Brewed with a selection of English hops together with a pinch of chocolate malt alongside Pale in the mash.
