No special equipment is needed to serve from these kegs. Kept cool, these kegs will keep for a couple of weeks unopened. We suggest drinking them within 5 days of opening, making sure to seal them after every pour to keep condition. Please be aware that all mini kegs come with a shelf life of between 1 and 2 weeks unopened.
