Our brand-new 3.8% Bitter. A full-bodied, beautifully balanced brew hopped with Amarillo, Admiral and Cascade. Layered over a rich malt bill of Best Ale, Amber, Carra and Crystal malts. Expect warming treacle toffee notes and classic bitter character with a modern twist. Apparently a doctor in Venezuela way back came up with the recipe for the basis of bitter; we have no idea if that is true but we can't promise you won't wake up there after a few of these...
