Singled hopped with Rakau, this is a revamped version of an old recipe. A more modern take on a West Coast IPA, the clean, simple malt bill gives the hops plenty of space to shine. Passion fruit, vinous white grape, and a touch of pine, all finished off with a snappy bitterness.
