A renowned pale golden bitter brewed with Jennings well water, Maris Otter Pale malt, and a blend of wheat and oats to create the crisp golden colour and deep head. Goldings hops provide a subtle spicy bitterness and Celeia hops provide a noble floral citrus aroma. The name originates from 'Cock-a-Hoop' which is the act of removing the spigot/cock from the barrel and putting it on the hoop of a cask before drinking.
