A creamy cloudy junmai sake, with fresh lively acidity and notes of ripe tropical and citrus fruits. Brewed using white koji to produce bright acidity, and fermented at low temperature with Japanese shochu yeast.This sake is a cloudy nigori style, gently mix before serving to enjoy as intended.
