This extremely rare and covetable single malt (only 66 bottles available to UK customers) was batched during the smoky trials under Burn Stewart's ownership in 1997. Matured in a Hogshead cask at Bunnahabhain Distillery, ripe tropical fruit and gentle smoke intertwine in this sumptuous dram. Playfully named after the Sugar Plum Fairy, due to it's sumptuous and saccharine notes, infused with a plume of smoke.
