Tasting Notes: This wine displays delicate aromas of pear, lemon zest and hedgerow flowers. The palate is dry and soft with crisp grapefruit flavours, delicate cream and a wonderfully textured finish. Winemaker's Notes: Harvested very late in the season, handpicked on the 29th October 2024. Pristine fruit, showing elegance and intensity. A small batch of top quality Pinot Blanc. 60% fermented in stainless steel, 40% in French oak. The 2 components were blended and bottled 10 months after ageing.
