New Release Tasting Notes: An elegant and crisp wine, with delicate aromas of strawberry, cherry and vanilla, similar in style to a Sancerre or Provence Rosé. The palate is dry but well rounded with plenty of red fruits, cream and a subtle toastiness from the oak.Winemaker's Notes: The grapes were crushed and cold soaked for 24 hours to extract both colour and body.
