"Riesling - the King of grapes!" David Brocklehurst, Winemaker Tasting notes: An experimental tiny batch made in the style of a German Riesling by stopping the ferment through chilling. This results in an off-dry style where the sweetness is perfectly balanced by the grapes naturally high acidity. This wine displays restrained apple and floral characters on the nose. The palate is delicate initially with a little sweetness that develops in to crisp citrus flavours and a long refreshing finish. W
