Tasting Notes: Aromatic and semi sweet, with aromas of canteloupe, jasmine, pear and cinnamon. On the palate this wine is fruit filled showing ripe williams pear, spice flavours and a long finish reminiscent of Turkish delight. Winemaker's Notes: Showcasing the perfumed, pink skinned varietal Siegerrebe an offspring of Gewurztraminer. Harvested late in the excellent 2025 vintage, made in to a semi sweet style, by fermenting cool and then stopping the ferment with residual sugar still present. Th
