Tasting Notes: The wine is dark garnet in colour with a lively mousse, aromas of dark forest fruits and cherries. The palate is lively and fruity with dark fruit flavours and a long sweet dark cherry and blackcurrant finish. Winemaker's Notes: A gloriously fun and fruity semi sweet Sparkling red from the 2021 vintage. This was bottled July 2022 where it underwent secondary fermentation in bottle followed by a short ageing on the yeast lees to preserve the youthful fruit. Wine: English Sparkling
