Tasting notes: Curiosity led us to produce a wine with the intention of distilling to make an exceptional brandy. Matured in a single oak barrel for over 10 years. In this time, it has developed a complex balance of candied fruits and spices. The nose is clean, leading with aromas of apricot, pineapple and candied orange.
