A special late-disgorged edition of our 2017 Blanc de Blancs in 1.5L magnum. 2017 was a landmark vintage for Langham Wine Estate. Once through a difficult and frosty spring, it went on to become our largest harvest to date (though just a year later to be usurped by the famous 2018), with a growing season that blessed us with excellent fruit in the first vintage of our new era of low-intervention sparkling winemaking. Pressed oxidatively, fermented spontaneously and matured in a higher proportion of old oak, this is the style for which we are now renowned, and delicious validation for what felt at the time like a particularly daring approach.
