Second edition: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020. The culmination of and the introduction to head winemaker Tommy Grimshaw’s vision of vinifying Chardonnay with minimal intervention from our Dorset vineyards. The very best parcels of Chardonnay from each harvest, blended year on year, adding layer on layer of intensity & complexity. Due to the limited quantity produced of this wine, orders are limited to one bottle.
