Tasmanian Oak Is Very Different To European Oak, It Has Less Tannin And Allows A Milder Wood Finish To The Spirit Once Aged. It Also Has A More Subtle Effect On The Final Color . This Gin Retains Its Back Bone Of Botanicals But Benefits From Being Mellowed By The Oak Contact.
