Pear Spirit ( Eau de Vie ) Laid down for one year in French Oak. This allows the spirit to mellow and absorb some of the vanilla and wood it extracts from the cask. In essence it is a very immature Pear Brandy but retains some of its original liveliness!. Distilled at a slightly lower temperature so has lots of Pear fruit and some degree of sweetness. Released At A Cask Strength Of 45%abv. Limited To One Cask Per Year.
