We are delighted to present this exceptional release that has been created and matured specially for our Cask Owners. Drawing on some exceptional quality Bourbon, STR, Sherry and Monbazillac casks, we combined these to find the perfect balance of character and flavour before finishing the spirit for six months in a beautiful white Meursault cask. Our Cask Custodian, Matt describe this as a ‘‘delightful dram with rich fruity character, sweet vanilla and honey followed by a spicy and lengthy finish. A whisky that showcases our typical Lindores character while demonstrating the individual excellence of a quality white Meursault Barrique.’’ 70cl – 55.8% ABV
