Featuring a mix of chocolate, rye, wheat and smoked, this beer, which was also partially aged in a fresh Frederiksdal cherry wine barrel, provided a strong sour base. An exciting addition of 75kg of frozen Danish sour cherries started to bring the beer into focus, though it needed a bit of balance.We then sourced 25kg of local Essex cherries to add a bit of sweetness
