11% 750ml Those who have followed us for some time may be aware of our earlier TrIPA beers - bursting with big, rich flavour and not what you’d expect an aged triple IPA to taste like.This one is no different. Brewed in early 2021 and aged for just under 4 years in a fresh red wine barrel.The tannins come through from the barrel ageing with an almost sherry-like dry finish. The hops have tamed the sour and allowed a bit of funk to come through as well.Definitely one to share! Allergens: Malted B
