Club Tropicana is a co-ferment of Ellis Bitter and Tremlett’s Bitter apples with an orchard blend of perry pears. After fermentation, it was aged in barrel on the lees of a recently emptied quince wine. Deep gold in colour, heading towards amber, this is super tropical on the nose, all grilled pineapple, lemon verbena, perfumed honey, vanilla and sweet florality.
