Introducing our first (of hopefully many) Pommeau, or rather Apple Mistelles. Originally made using a single tank of Bramley apple cider, but in a crazy manoeuvre, a decision was made to referment the tank on fresh greengages. And if that wasn't enough, after nearly 2 years of maturation, the Bramley/Greengage blend was distilled for us by the legendary Eeu de Vie producer Barney Wilzcak, distiller and owner at Capreolus Distillery in Cirencester.
