A double mashed Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Mole inspired Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends from Brouwerij de Molen. Oats, malts, barley and toasted pumpkin seeds were used in the mash to give a complex base of flavours. We then used a blend of Chipotle, Ancho, Mulato and Pasilla chilies to give a nice fruity acidity along with a delicate touch of heat.
