
A double mashed Mexican Mole inspired Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends from De Molen. Oats, malts, barley and toasted pumpkin seeds were used in the mash to give a complex base of flavours. We then used a blend of Chipotle, Ancho, Mulato and Pasilla chilies to give a nice fruity acidity along with a delicate touch of heat.
