UK Golden Promise malt, with UK & US Cascade in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Centennial & Mosaic hops. Fermented with a mix of our local West Yorkshire & California ale yeasts to make a deliciously ‘two tone’ beer destined for cask and keg. The UK inspired them, the US inspired us, the UK inspires them, the US…. you get the idea.
