
Our latest IPA, one of two developed for Hop City 2019, is another refinement of the way we like our NEIPAs. Lots of wheat and oats for body and mouthfeel, combined with oodles of juicy US hop varieties in perfect harmony. This one has bags of pungent tropical fruit reminiscent of red grapefruit, papaya and pineapple along with flavours of apricot, pine and blueberry. London Fog yeast was used in fermentation to enhance aroma and add a characteristically sweet finish.
