It’s freezing cold at the brewery this time of year, so we’ve brewed a tropically fruity dry-hopped Lager to remind us all of the summer. Featuring Oat and Wheat Malt in addition to our house Golden Promise for a pale and smooth malty base; the beer uses Eureka, Citra and Simcoe hops in both whirlpool and dry-hopping for a juicy-fruit like flavour. Fermented with WLP940 ‘Mexican Lager’ yeast for a clean body and crisply moreish finish, perfect to chase away those winter blues.
