CRISP. MALTY. BITTER. Mole Trap is a well-balanced session beer. Crisp hoppy bitterness with a late malty flavour coming through. Balance is key in every beer but even more so with a traditional best bitter. You want that nutty crystal malt character to come through with less of the caramel decadence.
