750 ml 5.0% ABV This is our fifth edition of Bière de Garde. It was produced from a single barrel of beer produced in November 2022. The wort was made from traditional floor-malted Munich-style malt to give rich and dry, toasty/bready aromatics, as well as plenty of body. Aged hops were used in the boil to allow the malt flavours to shine, whilst limiting acid production during the slow spontaneous fermentation.
