This is a reimagining of one of the very first beers to be produced by Moonwake in 2021. It's a showcase for one of the most distinctive hops grown in New Zealand - Nelson Sauvin. The hop has a synergy with the Sauvignon blanc produced in the same region. So, expect punchy gooseberry, sharp grapefruit and an abundace of tropical zest. All of that on a smooth, golden malt base with a selection of oats for body and texture.
