Developed in partnership with Cloudwater, this is a West Coast IPA in the true modern sense. With a bright golden hue, and a reassuringly bitter finish there is a clean character. Using a trio of classic 'C' hops on the hot side, we then gave things a twist with NZ 106 & Superdelic for a flurry of bitter grapefruit, candy & citrus.
