This is a jar of the Welsh honey we use to make several of our meads. As with most Welsh multi-floral honey's, this has a deliciously sweet honey taste. It has been passed through a course filter so it still has all the natural added benefits of the pollen and other organoleptic delights. This is a Welsh honey so it will naturally set with time.
