He enjoys anything from a light pale ale to a deep heavy stout, especially if it’s been aged in a whisky barrel. So for his release we’ve partnered with Scottish brewing legends Innis & Gunn to curate a buttery, chocolatey stout cask whisky with a hint of baking spices. -The whisky in this bottle was initially aged in shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine casks, before being finished in 100% stout casks
