We recently invited our pals from Rivington up the road from Home Farm, to help us out with our first ever DIPA! West coast, of course. It’s got to be crispy, clean, and bitter enough so you a still tell that it’s a Newbarns beer. We went for a blend of classic and modern hops with Centennial and Amarillo for the foundation then some Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin added in there for some extra tasty pizzazz! Vegan friendly, as always :)
