A “rustic” bitter lager that is equally interesting and thirst quenching. Hopped with loads of UK Challnger and Admiral, which we originally picked just by rubbing all the UK hops we could find and fermented a bit warmer with our house lager yeast to really give some expression.I’ve missed this beer.
