One of each of our delicious Rosés… a still and a sparkling.The Otium Sparkling Rosé is a sophisticated and delicious addition to any occasion… a perfumed and ripe rosé with a hint of freshly baked sour dough and ground almonds on the nose, then fresh red currants, peaches and strawberries on the palate. It has an elegant pale pink colour and delicate sparkling mousse, and makes a divine aperitif. It pairs beautifully with canapés - think smoked salmon blinis, a charcuterie board or fresh goat’s cheese and crackers.The Delinquent Rosé is named in homage to our resident peacocks - who were once dealt an ASBO! They roam our vineyards and probably swipe the odd grape, but we love them! It is a dry still rosé, made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes grown here at the estate. A beautifully pale pink colour, with notes of red berries, freshness and a fine, textured finish. Perfect for summer sipping, picnics, aperitivi, alfresco dining or a glass in front of Rivals...
