This delectable Cornish gin is derived from a recipe created by Caron and Des Archer on a one-litre copper still, and features hops more often found in our beers including Pocket Rocket and Windjammer. The full production version of the gin has been enhanced by John Hall, head distiller at Trevethan Distillery in Cornwall.
