This whisky has been double distilled, and then matured in Ex-rye casks from Jack Daniels, and is one of only 2050 bottles. It is bottled at 50% abv. Tasting Notes Nose: Perfume of green apples, vanilla, honey, butterscotch and sweet seasonal winter spices. Taste: Sweet spices with nutmeg, baked apples and citrus peel; some cinnamon spice, peppers and a hint of ginger. Finish: A fleeting finish but sweet cereal notes linger.
