Our 2022 vintage English Sparkling Rose Wine is a blend of Bacchus, Schonberger, Rondo and Pinot Noir. Our sparkling wines use the ‘traditional method’ of secondary fermentation in the bottle, and after aging on the yeast lees before disgorgement, the wines develop a special character. T
