With a trio of Mosaic (Incognito, T-90 pellets & Cryo), including heavy whirlpool dosing and a big double dry hop addition during fermentation. Expect dank tropical and citrus notes from this in abundance and a smooth body from our our new grain bill - first used in our Committee of Five collaboration with our good friends Second Wind Brewing
