SEA SALTED PILSNER | 4.7% | SAAZ, MITTLEFRUH, HALEN MON SEA SALT – We don’t acknowledge it enough, but we’re pretty lucky to have been able to set up a brewery in North Wales. A wondrous part of the country to be able to call home, we’re deeply proud of our origins and have always made our best efforts to embrace the Welsh element of being a Welsh brewery. Our relationship with Halen Mon over on Anglesey stretches back several years; having utilised their salt in the earliest of our sour beers – working directly with them as a supplier has always been high on our priority list, and we were delighted when they reached out to us looking to brew a beer for use in their outside space during the summer months. Wanting to capitalise on those peak summer vibes, we’ve created a crisp and crushable lager dosed with the very sea salt crystals that are produced from the ultra clean water that surrounds Anglesey.
