Whisky aficionados unite! Our exclusive Na Sia Cask Strength Tasting delves into the three different cask types that make up the Isle of Raasay Signature Single Malt – Rye whiskey, virgin Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine. Using both peated and unpeated spirits, we call our recipe Na Sia (“The Six “ in Gaelic). Our special cask recipe allows each one to bring their own influence and character, adding depth and balance due to each cask being matured separately for the full 3 years before being married together at the end. This tasting includes 6 x 15ml cask strength whiskies, peated and unpeated. Please note this experience is a tasting only and does not include a tour. Duration: 60-90 minutes
