Rye Cask 3.4x Distilled Single Cask Release, Isle of Raasay Single Malt, single malt Scotch whisky, 59% abv, natural colour, non-chill filtered In the words of our Co-founder and Master Distiller, Alasdair Day “Completely, untypically Raasay.” This release used our six-plate copper purifier to craft an incredibly light unpeated dram, fully matured in an ex – American Rye whiskey cask. Bottled at 59% ABV, this highly exclusive release is unpeated and full of flavours of pear drops, caramelised toffee, apple and a gentle spice. Cask 2019/649 has a yield of 246 bottles.
