Celebrating Our 100th Small Batch Brew Whoo! We wanted to mark our 100th small batch brew with something special, and what could be more apt than an IPA that takes its inspiration from champagne, the most celebratory of all the drinks Brut IPA’s are exceptionally light in body and with almost all the residual sugar fermented, extremely dry, crisp and clean. Effervescent carbonation mimics the fizz of sparkling wine. Dry hopped with Idaho 7 and Hallertau Blanc for a pronounced white grape and citrus character.
