The Project For the past couple of months we have been slowly working on something quite special and a bit of a first in English whisky. We have been speaking to several iconic English breweries about using there brewers yeast for whisky production. We will now be producing new make using 4 different brewery’s yeast, where the only variable will be the yeast. The breweries involved in this project include Harveys and Fullers plus 2 more! All the new make will be made using Maris Otter malted bar
