The new make spirit has been produced from Marris Otter distilling malt and has been mash, fermented, double pot distilled in direct fired copper pot stills in Somerset, it will be aged and bottle in Somerset. You are purchasing 1 x 70cl of spirit from this cask, the cask was laid down on the 20th April 2023 and will be bottled somewhere between 3-6 years of age and will be bottled at cask
