
A kijoshu brewed in 1984 and aged until 2016, when the brewers launched a crowdfunding campaign to make this bottle possible. An extremely dark, almost black aged sake in which the characteristic sweetness of kijoshu has almost completely faded. Its intense aroma reminds of fragrant Western-style liqueurs.
